Come worship in small groups
Lives are formed and transformed in small groups when people meet together to pray, to study, to engage in fellowship, or to work on a specific task.
Jesus said, “Where two or three are gathered in my name, I am there among them” (Matthew 18:20, NRSV).
The abundant life that Jesus Christ made available to us was never intended for us to live out alone. Jesus modeled “life on life” in community by investing Himself in a small group of 12. Even from the beginning of the early church, the believers knew that an intimate life with Christ translated into an intimate life with each other (Acts 2:42-47).
If worship is the time and place that we come together as a community to praise God, then it is through the formation of our small groups that we solidify that community. Thus, small groups can become the core of your christian walk.
Each group member makes a covenant with other members to pray for each other, hold each other accountable, study and discuss issues of faith, and seek to grow closer to God and other members of the group.
We have many small groups with children, so dont worry about the kids, bring them along. If you wish to find out more or where there is a cell group near where you live, contact us today and will connect you with the right small group.
